大溫差、大濕差環(huán)境下硫酸鈉半浸泡混凝土抗壓與微觀特性

【摘要】:研究了西部大溫差和大濕差的自然環(huán)境下,早期受5%和10%兩種濃度硫酸鈉溶液半浸泡28 d、56 d、84 d、112 d混凝土抗壓強度。結(jié)果表明:與不浸泡試樣28 d抗壓強度相比,隨著半浸泡時間的延長,不同濃度硫酸鈉溶液半浸泡試樣的抗壓強度均呈遞減趨勢。10%硫酸鈉溶液半浸泡試樣28 d抗壓強度損失達27.2%,半浸泡后期其抗壓強度與5%溶液濃度半浸泡試樣差別不大。掃描電鏡(SEM)和XRD測試結(jié)果表明:半浸泡試樣暴露于空氣中的部分發(fā)生了無水硫酸鈉結(jié)晶腐蝕,這也是半浸泡試樣抗壓強度降低的主要原因之一。
[Abstract]:The compressive strength of concrete subjected to 5% and 10% sodium sulfate solution for 28 d ~ 56 d ~ 84 d ~ (112 d) was studied in the natural environment of great temperature difference and great humidity difference in the west of China. The results showed that the compressive strength of the specimen was increased with the prolongation of the semi-immersion time compared with the non-immersion specimen for 28 days. The compressive strength of semi-soaked samples with different concentrations of sodium sulfate showed a decreasing trend, and the loss of compressive strength in 10% sodium sulfate solution was 27.2d. The compressive strength of the semi-soaking sample is not different from that of the semi-immersion sample with the concentration of 5% solution. The results of SEM (SEM) and XRD showed that crystalline corrosion of anhydrous sodium sulfate occurred in the part of semi-immersed samples exposed to air, which was one of the main reasons for the decrease of compressive strength of semi-immersion samples.
