【摘要】：為了探究再生粗骨料預(yù)濕率對(duì)混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度的影響,本文采用人工預(yù)濕再生粗骨料的方法改變?cè)偕止橇系念A(yù)濕狀態(tài),通過(guò)比較混凝土的抗壓強(qiáng)度,研究再生粗骨料預(yù)濕率對(duì)保溫混凝土和再生混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度的影響規(guī)律。研究結(jié)果表明,再生粗骨料取代率為50%時(shí),再生保溫混凝土和再生混凝土的抗壓強(qiáng)度隨著再生粗骨料預(yù)濕率的增加而降低,且再生混凝土的下降幅度大于再生保溫混凝土;再生粗骨料取代率為100%時(shí),再生保溫混凝土和再生混凝土的抗壓強(qiáng)度隨著再生粗骨料的預(yù)濕率的增加而提高,且再生保溫混凝土的上升幅度遠(yuǎn)大于再生混凝土。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the effect of prewetting ratio of recycled coarse aggregate on compressive strength of concrete, the prewet state of recycled coarse aggregate was changed by artificial prewetting of coarse aggregate, and the compressive strength of concrete was compared. The influence of prewetting ratio of recycled coarse aggregate on compressive strength of insulating concrete and recycled concrete was studied. The results show that when the replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate is 50, the compressive strength of recycled insulating concrete and recycled concrete decreases with the increase of prewetting ratio of recycled coarse aggregate, and the decrease of recycled concrete is larger than that of recycled insulating concrete. When the replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate is 100, the compressive strength of recycled insulating concrete and recycled concrete increases with the increase of prewetting rate of recycled coarse aggregate, and the rising range of recycled insulating concrete is much larger than that of recycled concrete.
