【摘要】：以黃冶窯四個時期的白瓷樣品作為研究對象,利用X射線衍射儀(XRD)和掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)對樣品進行分析,結(jié)果表明:黃冶窯白瓷胎的物相基本相同,主要是莫來石、α石英和方石英、未熔石英和少量的粘土相;黃冶窯白瓷釉中有氣泡存在,釉中氣泡為圓形,釉中存在微米級的針狀或柱狀鈣長石晶體,釉存在分相結(jié)構(gòu),且分相結(jié)構(gòu)與析晶相伴而生;黃冶窯白瓷胎中有氣孔、未熔的石英顆粒、較大的Ti顆粒、莫來石晶體和石英晶體。
[Abstract]:The white porcelain samples from four periods of Huangye kiln were studied. The samples were analyzed by X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results showed that the phase of white porcelain tire in Huangye kiln was basically the same. Mainly mullite, 偽 -quartz and cristobalite, unfused quartz and a small amount of clay phase. There are bubbles in the white porcelain glaze of Huangye Kiln, the bubbles in the glaze are circular, and there are needle-like or columnar calcium feldspar crystals in the glaze, and the glaze has a phase structure. The phase separation structure is accompanied by crystallization, and there are pores, unmelted quartz particles, larger Ti particles, mullite crystals and quartz crystals in the white porcelain tire of Huangye kiln.
