磷石膏制硫酸銨與副產(chǎn)碳酸鈣工藝研究

【摘要】:采用單因素法研究了磷石膏粒度、物料配比、反應(yīng)溫度和反應(yīng)時間對磷石膏轉(zhuǎn)化率的影響,試驗結(jié)果表明,在磷石膏粒度全部過80目,磷石膏與碳酸銨的質(zhì)量比為550:270,碳酸銨用量為理論用量的103%~110%,反應(yīng)溫度為65~70℃,反應(yīng)時間為2.5~3h的條件下,磷石膏的轉(zhuǎn)化率可達(dá)到96%以上,反應(yīng)得到的固體硫酸銨的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量可達(dá)到GB 535-1995中一等品的要求。并采用正交試驗研究了各工藝參數(shù)對磷石膏轉(zhuǎn)化率的影響順序,試驗結(jié)果為,氨的用量影響最大,其次為固液比,然后是反應(yīng)時間、配料比和溫度。此外,對副產(chǎn)碳酸鈣渣生產(chǎn)輕質(zhì)碳酸鈣進(jìn)行了研究,試驗得到的輕質(zhì)碳酸鈣純度達(dá)到了96%以上,產(chǎn)品的白度值大于90。
