電解法處理電鍍含鎳濃縮廢液的試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:以電解法處理含鎳濃縮液并回收鎳,考察了電流強(qiáng)度、鎳離子濃度、溫度、pH和緩沖溶液對(duì)鎳回收效果的影響。結(jié)果顯示,以釕銥涂層鈦板為陽(yáng)極,在極距為20 mm、電流15 A、溫度50℃、鎳離子質(zhì)量濃度為20 g/L并通氣攪拌的條件下,鎳回收率最高達(dá)到85.1%,相應(yīng)的電流效率為51.8%。正交試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,鎳回收率影響因素的大小順序是電流鎳離子濃度pH溫度。
