流化床多晶硅生產(chǎn)車間火災(zāi)模擬研究

【摘要】:結(jié)合某工程實(shí)例,采用FLUENT軟件對(duì)流化床車間生產(chǎn)單元?dú)錃庑孤┤紵、硅烷泄漏燃燒時(shí)的火焰溫度和熱輻射進(jìn)行模擬分析,確定影響火災(zāi)的相關(guān)因素,并使用TNT當(dāng)量法分析可燃?xì)怏w泄漏后車間的爆炸危險(xiǎn)性。結(jié)果表明,泄漏孔徑對(duì)火災(zāi)范圍影響重大;環(huán)境風(fēng)速能降低硅烷火焰溫度;爆炸破壞半徑隨時(shí)間和泄漏孔徑的增加呈現(xiàn)非線性增長(zhǎng)。
[Abstract]:Combined with an engineering example, the flame temperature and thermal radiation of hydrogen leakage combustion and silane leakage combustion in fluidized bed workshop production unit were simulated and analyzed by using FLUENT software, and the relevant factors affecting the fire were determined. The TNT equivalent method is used to analyze the explosion hazard of the workshop after the flammable gas leakage. The results show that the leakage aperture has a great influence on the fire range, the ambient wind speed can reduce the flame temperature of silane, and the radius of explosion damage increases nonlinear with the increase of time and leak aperture.
