頁(yè)巖煤矸石混凝土制備及性能研究

【摘要】:以頁(yè)巖煤矸石等質(zhì)量取代天然石子作為粗骨料制備煤矸石混凝土,測(cè)試了煤矸石混凝土的工作性能及力學(xué)性能,研究了頁(yè)巖煤矸石混凝土抗凍性、電通量及干燥收縮等耐久性因素。結(jié)果表明:隨著頁(yè)巖煤矸石摻量的增加,混凝土的工作性能逐漸略有降低,抗壓強(qiáng)度逐漸增大;混凝土耐久性略有降低,但能滿足要求;頁(yè)巖煤矸石作為混凝土粗骨料制備混凝土切實(shí)可行。
[Abstract]:Coal gangue concrete was prepared by replacing natural stone with shale gangue as coarse aggregate. The working and mechanical properties of coal gangue concrete were tested, and the frost resistance of shale gangue concrete was studied. Electrical flux and drying shrinkage and other durability factors. The results show that with the increase of shale gangue content, the performance of concrete decreases slightly, the compressive strength increases, the durability of concrete decreases slightly, but it can meet the requirements. It is feasible to use shale gangue as coarse aggregate of concrete to prepare concrete.
