【摘要】：以濕法磷酸制備的飼料級(jí)磷酸氫鈣為原料,開發(fā)工業(yè)級(jí)磷酸二氫鉀的生產(chǎn)工藝。通過加入適量的磷酸提高磷酸氫鈣的分解率,研究了磷酸氫鈣與磷酸的預(yù)分解反應(yīng)條件及其與硫酸氫鉀復(fù)分解反應(yīng)的條件。優(yōu)化條件:飼料級(jí)磷酸氫鈣懸浮液的液固比為4 mL/g,磷酸、磷酸氫鈣、硫酸氫鉀物質(zhì)的量比為0.3∶1∶1,反應(yīng)溫度為60℃,硫酸氫鉀在反應(yīng)開始的1 h內(nèi)均勻加入,反應(yīng)時(shí)間為2 h。在此條件下,復(fù)分解反應(yīng)中飼料級(jí)磷酸氫鈣中的磷收率達(dá)到94.5%,硫酸氫鉀中的鉀收率達(dá)到99.9%。研究提出,以磷酸預(yù)分解磷酸氫鈣以及結(jié)晶母液循環(huán)的磷酸二氫鉀制備工藝,解決了磷和鉀收率低以及生產(chǎn)成本高的問題,同時(shí)無廢液排放。
[Abstract]:The production process of industrial grade potassium dihydrogen phosphate was developed with feed grade calcium bicarbonate prepared by wet phosphoric acid as raw material. By adding proper amount of phosphoric acid to increase the decomposition rate of calcium hydrogen phosphate, the reaction conditions of predecomposition of calcium hydrogen phosphate and phosphoric acid and the condition of double decomposition with potassium hydrogen sulfate were studied.
