混合烷烴脫氫產(chǎn)物分離單元的換熱網(wǎng)絡優(yōu)化

【摘要】:以某25萬t/a的混合烷烴脫氫裝置為背景,選取其中產(chǎn)物分離單元,采用Aspen Plus軟件對其進行了流程模擬,模擬結(jié)果與現(xiàn)場數(shù)據(jù)吻合良好。在此基礎上,利用夾點技術對現(xiàn)行工況的換熱網(wǎng)絡進行了夾點分析,在最小換熱溫差10℃條件下,現(xiàn)行換熱網(wǎng)絡冷熱公用工程的節(jié)能潛力分別可達11.61%和8.88%;優(yōu)化脫乙烷塔進料溫度后,節(jié)能潛力可分別提高至12.48%和9.60%。通過計算機模擬發(fā)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)行換熱網(wǎng)絡存在著跨越夾點換熱器。提出了換熱網(wǎng)絡優(yōu)化設計方案,優(yōu)化換熱網(wǎng)絡相比于原換熱網(wǎng)絡冷熱公用工程消耗量分別降低12.21%和9.39%。
