氧化改性木素磺酸鈣的制備及其對水泥凈漿的影響

【摘要】:采用H_2O_2對木素磺酸鈣進(jìn)行氧化改性處理,通過正交實(shí)驗(yàn)確定最佳改性條件,再對改性產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行紅外光譜(FT-IR)分析和掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)表征,并對比了改性前后木素磺酸鈣對水泥凈漿流動(dòng)度和水泥早期水化產(chǎn)物的影響。結(jié)果表明,改性后的木素磺酸鈣吸附能力大大增強(qiáng),當(dāng)在水泥凈漿中摻加0.6%的改性木素磺酸鈣后,水泥凈漿流動(dòng)度提高了67%。X射線衍射儀(XRD)的測試結(jié)果表明,改性前后木素磺酸鈣均會抑制Ca(OH)_2的生成,但改性后抑制效果減弱,一定程度上減弱了木素磺酸鈣對水泥的緩凝作用。
[Abstract]:The modified calcium lignosulfonate was oxidized by H_2O_2. The optimum modification conditions were determined by orthogonal experiment. The modified products were characterized by FT-IR and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The effects of calcium lignosulfonate on the fluidity of cement paste and the early hydration products of cement were compared before and after modification. The results showed that the adsorption capacity of modified calcium lignosulfonate was greatly enhanced. When the modified calcium lignosulfonate was added into cement paste, the fluidity of cement paste increased by 67.X-Ray diffractometer (XRD). Calcium lignosulfonate could inhibit the formation of Ca (OH) _ 2 before and after modification, but the inhibition effect of modified calcium lignosulfonate on cement was weakened to some extent.
