基于ADAMS的擺動(dòng)拋光磨頭動(dòng)態(tài)特性仿真研究

【摘要】:瓷磚的拋光質(zhì)量主要受拋光磨頭運(yùn)動(dòng)特性的影響,為提高其拋光質(zhì)量、降低碎磚率,建立拋光磨頭的整體模型并進(jìn)行虛擬裝配,通過ADAMS軟件對(duì)拋光磨頭虛擬樣機(jī)進(jìn)行了動(dòng)態(tài)特性仿真分析,得出其運(yùn)動(dòng)特性變化曲線。結(jié)果表明,主、從動(dòng)擺桿運(yùn)動(dòng)特性相似。綜合磨頭轉(zhuǎn)速與磨塊動(dòng)態(tài)特性之間的定性關(guān)系,給出最佳磨頭轉(zhuǎn)速范圍。仿真分析結(jié)果為研究拋光磨頭的動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng)和振動(dòng)抑制提供了有益的參考。
[Abstract]:The polishing quality of ceramic tile is mainly affected by the movement characteristic of polishing grinding head. In order to improve the polishing quality and reduce the broken tile rate, the whole model of polishing grinding head is established and virtual assembly is carried out. The dynamic characteristics of polishing grinding head virtual prototype were simulated and analyzed by ADAMS software, and the change curve of its motion characteristics was obtained. The results show that the kinematic characteristics of the principal and follower pendulum bars are similar. Based on the qualitative relationship between the grinding head speed and the dynamic characteristics of the grinding block, the optimum range of the grinding head speed is given. The simulation results provide a useful reference for studying the dynamic response and vibration suppression of polishing abrasives.
