【摘要】：石墨在酸洗過程中加入還原劑將鐵離子轉(zhuǎn)化為亞鐵離子,降低了溶出所需酸度,促進了溶出量的增加,提高了提純速率。酸加還原劑的配方較僅用酸時令鐵離子更快速地溶出,部分還原劑在1h內(nèi)可以將處理液中鐵濃度提高28.64%。在石墨酸洗過程中添加適當(dāng)還原劑,不僅是降低石墨中高殘留的鐵離子是一種有效的方法,更可以縮短提純時間一半以上。
[Abstract]:In the process of acid washing, graphite added reducing agent to transform iron ion into ferrous ion, which reduced the acidity needed for dissolution, promoted the increase of dissolution amount and increased the rate of purification. The formula of acid plus reducing agent can dissolve more quickly than only iron ion at the time of acid, and some reductants can increase the concentration of iron in the treatment solution by 28.64% within 1 hour. Adding a suitable reductant in graphite pickling process is not only an effective method to reduce the iron ions in graphite, but also can shorten the purification time by more than half.
