松木屑催化氣化制取富氫燃?xì)?/H1>

【摘要】:以松木屑為生物質(zhì)原料,水蒸氣為氣化介質(zhì),使用自制鎳基復(fù)合催化劑Ni-CaO,在固定床氣化爐中進(jìn)行生物質(zhì)催化氣化反應(yīng),考察了催化劑用量、氣化溫度和水蒸氣流量對(duì)生物質(zhì)水蒸氣氣化制氫特性的影響。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)催化劑與原料質(zhì)量比由0增加至1.5時(shí),H_2體積分?jǐn)?shù)由45.58%增至60.23%,產(chǎn)氫率由38.80g/kg增至93.75g/kg,當(dāng)催化劑與原料質(zhì)量比為2時(shí),兩者均有增加,但是變化不明顯。溫度從700℃增至750℃時(shí),燃?xì)庵蠬_2的體積分?jǐn)?shù)由54.24%增至60.23%,CO_2由21.09%降至13.18%,繼續(xù)升高溫度,H_2的體積分?jǐn)?shù)和燃?xì)鉄嶂稻饾u降低,以Ni-CaO為催化劑時(shí)750℃是制取富氫燃?xì)獾淖罴褮饣瘻囟取.?dāng)氣化溫度為750℃,催化劑與原料質(zhì)量比為1.5,水蒸氣通入量為0.34g/(min·g)時(shí),H_2體積分?jǐn)?shù)為60.23%,產(chǎn)氫率為93.75g/kg,燃?xì)鉄嶂禐?2.13MJ/m~3。
[Abstract]:Using pine sawdust as biomass raw material and steam as gasification medium, the biomass catalytic gasification reaction was carried out in a fixed bed gasifier using self-made nickel-based composite catalyst Ni-CaO,. The amount of catalyst was investigated. Effects of gasification temperature and steam flow rate on hydrogen production characteristics of biomass steam gasification.
