【摘要】:熱交換器是在流體之間傳遞熱量的設(shè)備,是化工、煉油、動(dòng)力、食品、輕工、制藥、航空等許多重要部門(mén)的通用設(shè)備。管殼式熱交換器是熱交換器中應(yīng)用最廣的一類(lèi),其特點(diǎn)是制造成本低,清洗方便,處理量大,工作可靠,使用經(jīng)驗(yàn)長(zhǎng)等。冷凝器是使用范圍很廣的一種化工設(shè)備,屬于熱交換器的一種。本設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)主要是根據(jù)已知條件選擇采用浮頭式熱交換器機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)。首先根據(jù)給出的設(shè)計(jì)溫度和設(shè)計(jì)壓力來(lái)確定設(shè)備的結(jié)構(gòu)形式以及殼程和管程的材料,然后根據(jù)物料性質(zhì)和傳熱面積來(lái)確定換熱管的材料,尺寸,根數(shù)。根據(jù)換熱管的根數(shù)確定換熱管的排列,并根據(jù)換熱管的排列和長(zhǎng)度來(lái)確定筒體直徑以及折流板的選擇。通過(guò)對(duì)容器的內(nèi)徑和內(nèi)外壓的計(jì)算來(lái)確定殼體和封頭的厚度并進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度校核。然后是對(duì)熱交換器各部件的零部件的強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì),有法蘭的選擇和設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算與校核,鉤圈及浮頭法蘭的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算與校核和管子拉脫力的計(jì)算。還包括管板的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、防沖擋板、滑道結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)以及支座設(shè)計(jì)。結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件可以參照國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)條件直接選取;非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件,設(shè)計(jì)完結(jié)構(gòu)后必須進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的應(yīng)力校核。本次設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了固定管板式熱交換器的工藝設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,依據(jù)GB 151-1999《管殼式熱交換器》和GB 150-1998《鋼制壓力容器》等標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對(duì)殼體、法蘭、封頭等進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)以及強(qiáng)度計(jì)算。對(duì)固定管板式熱交換器的檢驗(yàn)、安裝等方面內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了較詳細(xì)的討論。
[Abstract]:Heat exchanger is a kind of equipment that transfers heat between fluids. It is a general equipment in many important departments such as chemical industry, oil refining, power, food, light industry, pharmacy, aviation and so on. A widely used chemical equipment is a kind of heat exchanger. The design task is mainly to select the design of floating head heat exchanger according to known conditions. Firstly, according to the given design temperature and design pressure, the structure of the equipment and the materials of shell and pipe sides are determined, and then according to the material properties and heat transfer. The material, size and number of the heat exchanger tubes are determined by the area. The arrangement of the heat exchanger tubes is determined by the number of the roots. The diameter of the tube and the selection of baffles are determined by the arrangement and length of the heat exchanger tubes. The thickness of the shell and the head is determined by calculating the inner diameter and the inner and outer pressure of the container and the strength is checked. The strength design of the components of the exchanger includes the selection of flanges, the calculation and check of design, the calculation and check of hook ring and floating head flange, and the calculation of tube pull-out force. It also includes the structural design of tubesheet, anti-scour baffle, slideway structure and support design. According to the design conditions, the non-standard parts must be checked after the structure is designed. The process design calculation of the fixed tubesheet heat exchanger is carried out. According to the standards of GB 151-1999 < shell-and-tube heat exchanger > and GB 150-1998 < steel pressure vessel >, the shell, flange and head are designed. The inspection and installation of fixed tubesheet heat exchanger are discussed in detail.
