養(yǎng)護(hù)方式對(duì)水合結(jié)合高鋁質(zhì)澆注料性能的影響

【摘要】:為提高水泥的水化程度,以特級(jí)礬土、純鋁酸鈣水泥、硅微粉和氧化鋁微粉為原料制備了水泥含量(w)分別為3%、6%、10%的高鋁質(zhì)澆注料。采取空氣中自然養(yǎng)護(hù)、在純凈水中自然養(yǎng)護(hù)、抽真空后在純凈水中養(yǎng)護(hù)三種方式,保存0~20 d后,測(cè)試110℃保溫24 h烘后,800、1 200和1 500℃保溫3 h熱處理后試樣的性能。結(jié)果表明:1)不同的養(yǎng)護(hù)方式對(duì)試樣的常溫物理性能影響不一樣,110℃烘后800℃和1 500℃熱處理后的物理性能差距大,1 200℃處理后的物理性能變化很小;2)水中養(yǎng)護(hù)的試樣烘后常溫強(qiáng)度提高的明顯,水泥量越少,提高的越多。
