氟鹽在液態(tài)氟化氫中的溶解分離研究

【摘要】:載體鹽~7LiF的回收是熔鹽堆核燃料后處理的重要環(huán)節(jié)。提出了一種利用氫氟酸溶解技術(shù)實現(xiàn)熔鹽堆干法處理尾料中LiF分離回收的工藝。首先考察了氫氟酸濃度、溶解時間和溶解溫度對LiF及ThF_4在氫氟酸中溶解的影響,得到LiF與ThF_4分離的最優(yōu)溶解分離工藝條件,并對其溶解機(jī)制做了初步探討。隨后進(jìn)行了混合氟鹽中LiF的分離回收實驗,結(jié)果表明LiF的收率在95%以上,產(chǎn)品LiF純度在97%以上。
[Abstract]:The recovery of carrier salt 7 lif is an important step in the reprocessing of molten salt reactor nuclear fuel. A process of separating and recovering LiF from tailings by using hydrofluoric acid dissolution technology was proposed. Firstly, the effects of hydrofluoric acid concentration, dissolution time and dissolution temperature on the dissolution of LiF and ThF_4 in hydrofluoric acid were investigated. The optimum conditions for the dissolution and separation of LiF and ThF_4 were obtained, and the dissolution mechanism was preliminarily discussed. The results showed that the yield of LiF was over 95% and the purity of LiF was over 97%.
