【摘要】：為了解我國合成云母產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量現(xiàn)狀,為其研究與應(yīng)用提供科學(xué)依據(jù),開展了我國主要產(chǎn)區(qū)工業(yè)級、珠光級、化妝品級等不同品級合成云母的重要物理化學(xué)性質(zhì)及比較研究,結(jié)果表明:我國不同品級合成云母的主要化學(xué)成分基本相同,平均值為w(SiO_2)44.08%,w(MgO)24.80%,w(Al_2O_3)12.92%,w(K_2O)11.12%,w(F)6.65%;有害元素含量都很低,Pb+Cd平均值為0.42×10~(-6),其中化妝品級的Pb為0.05×10~(-6),明顯低于珠光級和工業(yè)級;室溫~1 000℃,不同品級合成云母除吸附水外幾乎沒有熱失重,熱穩(wěn)定性能好;白度平均值高達(dá)98.87%,其中化妝品級珠光級工業(yè)級;電阻率基本相同,其體積電阻率和表面電阻率平均值分別為1.79×10~9Ω·cm和1.86×10~9Ω,絕緣性能優(yōu)異;除電阻率相當(dāng)外,我國合成云母的物理化學(xué)性質(zhì)都明顯優(yōu)于天然白云母和金云母。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the present situation of synthetic mica product quality in China and provide scientific basis for its research and application, the important physical and chemical properties and comparative studies of synthetic mica of different grades, such as industrial grade, pearlite grade and cosmetics grade, were carried out in the main producing areas of China.
