硒摻雜對釩催化劑低溫活性的影響

【摘要】:利用超聲浸漬法制備硒摻雜前后的釩催化劑V/SiO_2和Se-V/SiO_2,采用Raman、XRD和TG/DSC對催化劑進行分析表征,并測定了兩組催化劑對SO_2氧化制SO3性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,與V/SiO_2相比,硒摻雜后釩催化劑Se-V/SiO_2的活性組分顆粒尺寸減小,分散度增大,提供的活性位點增多,且降低了催化劑組分的熔融相變溫度,這些作用有利于該催化劑在較低溫度下反應(yīng)物分子的吸附與活化,提高其催化活性。使得在480℃以下,催化劑Se-V/SiO_2催化SO_2氧化的轉(zhuǎn)化率明顯高于V/SiO_2。
[Abstract]:The vanadium catalysts V/SiO_2 and Se-V / SiO-2 were prepared by ultrasonic impregnation method. The catalysts were characterized by Raman V/SiO_2 and TG/DSC, and the effects of the two groups of catalysts on the oxidation of SO_2 to SO3 were measured. The results show that, compared with V/SiO_2, the active component particle size of Se-V/SiO_2 decreases, the dispersity increases, the active sites are increased, and the melting phase transition temperature of the catalyst component decreases after se doping.
