從富錸渣中回收錸并制備高錸酸銨

【摘要】:研究從富錸渣中回收并制備錸產(chǎn)品的工藝路線(xiàn),著重考察藥劑濃度、相比、時(shí)間等對(duì)錸萃取—反萃的影響,并探索進(jìn)行了結(jié)晶制備高錸酸銨試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)過(guò)壓力浸出,錸的浸出率達(dá)98%以上;在優(yōu)化試驗(yàn)條件下,錸萃取率可達(dá)99.98%,反萃率達(dá)到99%以上,一次結(jié)晶所得高錸酸銨純度為98.7%。
[Abstract]:The technological route of recovery and preparation of rhenium products from rhenium rich residue was studied. The effects of concentration and comparison time on the extraction and stripping of rhenium were investigated. The results show that the leaching rate of rhenium is more than 98%, the extraction rate of rhenium can reach 99.98%, the back extraction rate is over 99%, and the purity of ammonium perrhenate is 98.7% after primary crystallization.
