晶化溫度對油頁巖渣微晶玻璃抗折強度和耐腐蝕性的影響

【摘要】:以油頁巖渣、電石渣為主要原料制備了全固廢微晶玻璃。采用DTA、XRD、SEM等測試手段,分析研究了不同晶化溫度對油頁巖渣微晶玻璃微觀結(jié)構(gòu)和性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:最佳晶化溫度為950℃,得到的微晶玻璃主晶相為綠輝石和硅灰石,次晶相為霓石和普通輝石,微觀結(jié)構(gòu)致密,晶粒呈長條狀集聚分布,抗折強度為210 MPa,耐腐蝕性能較好。
