改性橡膠再生混凝土力學(xué)及疲勞性能試驗(yàn)
[Abstract]:Modified rubber recycled concrete (Modified rubber recycled concrete) is a new type of composite material, in which modified rubber particles are added to ordinary concrete and recycled coarse aggregate is used to replace some or all coarse aggregate. It not only has high strength and good durability of ordinary concrete, but also can improve the impact resistance, fatigue performance and toughness of concrete. In recent years, rubber recycled concrete has been widely studied and applied. According to the existing research on rubber recycled concrete at home and abroad, the mechanical and fatigue properties of modified rubber recycled concrete have been tested in this paper. Based on C40 concrete, the mechanical properties of modified rubber recycled concrete were tested, and the influence of modification mode and rubber particle content on the mechanical properties of concrete and its failure mechanism were studied. The fatigue properties of modified rubber recycled concrete trabeculae were tested. The influence of stress level, modification method and rubber particle content on fatigue performance was analyzed. The experimental results show that the cube compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, flexural strength, axial compressive strength and elastic modulus of concrete specimens decrease with the increase of rubber replacement ratio, but the deflection, fatigue life, etc. The mechanical properties, deflection, fatigue life and strain of concrete can be improved by the two modification methods, but the alkali washing modification is better than acid pickling modification, and the degree of improvement is less than 20%.
