柱式MBR膜污染分析及清洗工藝優(yōu)化

【摘要】:采用SEM-EDS對(duì)九江石化生活污水和煉油污水回用系統(tǒng)中MBR裝置中被污染超濾膜的分析,并對(duì)被污染MBR膜性能恢復(fù)分別進(jìn)行了清洗劑種類、清洗劑濃度和清洗工藝進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。結(jié)果表明:MBR膜面的主要污染物為Fe(OH)_3、Cu(OH)_2、Al(OH)_3和少量膠體Si污染;pH=1的檸檬酸、草酸+EDTA、鹽酸清洗MBR膜通量分別為80%、86.4%和90%;采用pH=13的碳酸鈉、次氯酸鈉+氫氧化鈉和氫氧化鈉清洗被污染MBR膜通量恢復(fù)率分別為84.53%、90.23%和94.42%;p H=1的草酸+EDTA和p H=13的Na OH進(jìn)行交替清洗后的膜通量可恢復(fù)到初始通量的91.88%。
[Abstract]:SEM-EDS was used to analyze the contaminated ultrafiltration membrane in the MBR plant of domestic sewage and refinery sewage reuse system of Jiujiang Petrochemical Company. The performance recovery of contaminated MBR membrane was optimized by cleaning agent type, concentration of cleaning agent and cleaning process, respectively. The results showed that the main pollutants on the membrane surface of Fe (OH) were Fe (OH) _ 3Cu (OH) _ 2AL (OH) _ 3 and a small amount of colloidal Si contaminated citric acid, oxalic acid and hydrochloric acid cleaning MBR membrane flux were 80 ~ 86.4% and 90%, respectively. The membrane flux recovery rates of sodium hypochlorite sodium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide cleaning contaminated MBR membrane were 90.23% and 94.42% respectively. The membrane fluxes of EDTA oxalate and NaOH of pH 13 could be recovered to 91.88% of the initial flux after alternate cleaning of sodium hypochlorite sodium hydroxide (NaOH) and sodium hydroxide (NaOH).
