基于多孔介質(zhì)理論的折褶濾芯數(shù)學(xué)模型研究

【摘要】:折褶濾芯過濾器以其顆粒收集效率高,使用壽命長,制造工藝流程簡單,易清洗更換等優(yōu)點(diǎn)廣泛應(yīng)用于各種自動(dòng)化、醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生、原子能工業(yè)和壓縮機(jī)等領(lǐng)域。但是對于流體介質(zhì)為液體的折褶濾芯數(shù)學(xué)模型研究較少。因此,研究流體在多孔介質(zhì)中的流動(dòng)和雜質(zhì)顆粒在流體介質(zhì)中的流動(dòng)規(guī)律,從而研究折褶濾芯滲透率等參數(shù)的數(shù)學(xué)模型尤為重要。這對于今后折褶濾芯的設(shè)計(jì)和制造具有重要作用。本文利用D2Q9格子玻爾茲曼模型研究折褶濾芯的滲透率。利用濾芯折褶率數(shù)學(xué)模型研究折褶濾芯兩側(cè)壓力降和周圍流場變化情況。并且運(yùn)用數(shù)學(xué)語言描述雜質(zhì)顆粒的布朗運(yùn)動(dòng)和對流運(yùn)動(dòng)以及自身重力導(dǎo)致的雜質(zhì)顆粒沉積現(xiàn)象。(1)介紹格子玻爾茲曼離散方法和其D2Q9速度離散模型以及分子動(dòng)理論基本原理。明確了格子玻爾茲曼方法本質(zhì)是粒子之間的碰撞與遷移,利用原理為動(dòng)量守恒、能量守恒和質(zhì)量守恒。利用D2Q9格子玻爾茲曼模型進(jìn)行滲透率公式的分析與驗(yàn)證。(2)介紹計(jì)算流體力學(xué)(CFD),建立表示折褶高與折褶寬之間關(guān)系的濾芯折褶率數(shù)學(xué)模型。研究具有不同折褶率濾芯兩側(cè)壓力降變化和周圍的流場變化情況。(3)根據(jù)濾芯能夠完成過濾工作的本質(zhì)是雜質(zhì)顆粒的對流和擴(kuò)散運(yùn)動(dòng)(布朗運(yùn)動(dòng))。運(yùn)用數(shù)學(xué)語言描述了雜質(zhì)顆粒在其它雜質(zhì)顆粒和自身重力作用下造成的在多孔介質(zhì)表面和內(nèi)部的沉積現(xiàn)象。研究具有雜質(zhì)顆粒沉積層的V型折褶濾芯兩側(cè)壓力降變化和流場變化情況。
[Abstract]:Folded filter is widely used in many fields, such as automation, medicine, hygiene, atomic energy industry and compressor, because of its advantages of high particle collection efficiency, long service life, simple manufacturing process and easy cleaning and replacement. It is very important to study the mathematical model of the parameters such as the permeability of folded filter element, which is very important for the design and manufacture of folded filter element in the future. In this paper, the permeability of folded filter element is studied by using D2Q9 lattice Boltzmann model. The pressure drop on both sides of the folded filter and the variation of the flow field around it are studied. The Brownian motion and convection of impurity particles and the deposition of impurity particles caused by gravity are described by mathematical language. (1) The lattice Boltzmann discretization method, its D2Q9 velocity discretization model and the basic principle of molecular motion theory are introduced. Lattice Boltzmann method is essentially the collision and migration between particles. The principle is momentum conservation, energy conservation and mass conservation. The permeability formula is analyzed and verified by using D2Q9 lattice Boltzmann model. (2) Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) is introduced to establish the mathematical model of filter core folding, which shows the relationship between folding height and folding width. (3) According to the fact that the filter element can complete the filtering work is the convection and diffusion movement of impurity particles (Brownian motion). Mathematical language is used to describe the porous media caused by impurity particles under the action of other impurity particles and gravity. The pressure drop and flow field on both sides of V-shaped folded filter core with impurity grain deposits are studied.
