磷石膏脫硫鈣渣浸取液中雜質(zhì)對碳酸鈣晶型的影響

【摘要】:磷石膏脫硫鈣渣是磷石膏化學(xué)分解后產(chǎn)生的以氧化鈣為主要成分的尾渣。以氯化銨溶液浸取磷石膏脫硫鈣渣并碳化浸取液以制備輕質(zhì)碳酸鈣是一種有效利用磷石膏脫硫鈣渣中鈣資源的方法。本文分析了該方法在不同氯化銨濃度下浸取液的組成、鈣浸出率及pH,同時為了研究浸取液中NH_4~+、鐵、鋁、鎂等對產(chǎn)品碳酸鈣晶型的影響,配制了含有雜質(zhì)離子的NH_4Cl~ NH_3·H_2O溶液,比較了其碳化產(chǎn)品與相同條件下脫硫鈣渣碳化產(chǎn)品的晶型差異。結(jié)果表明,隨氯化銨濃度升高,浸取液pH降低,鋁含量降低,鐵、鎂含量升高。在氯化銨濃度范圍內(nèi),NH_4~+對球霰石形成有促進作用,而鐵、鎂雜質(zhì)對方解石形成有促進作用,由于鋁離子存在形態(tài)不同,鋁在1mol/L時對形成球霰石有促進作用,在大于1mol/L時對形成方解石有促進作用。當氯化銨濃度小于4mol/L時,各種雜質(zhì)相互作用形成球霰石晶型,氯化銨濃度等于4mol/L時,各種雜質(zhì)相互作用形成球霰石和方解石混合晶型。
[Abstract]:Phosphogypsum desulphurization calcium slag is a kind of residue produced by chemical decomposition of phosphogypsum with calcium oxide as the main component. The preparation of light calcium carbonate by leaching phosphogypsum desulphurization calcium slag with ammonium chloride solution and carbonization leaching solution is an effective method to utilize calcium resources in phosphogypsum desulphurization calcium slag. In this paper, the composition, calcium leaching rate and pH of the leaching solution under different ammonium chloride concentrations were analyzed. In order to study the effects of NH _ 4cl ~, Fe, Al, mg on the crystal form of calcium carbonate, the NH_3 H _ 2O solution containing impurity ions was prepared. The crystal structure of the carbonized product was compared with that of the calcium slag carbonized product under the same conditions. The results showed that with the increase of ammonium chloride concentration, pH decreased, aluminum content decreased, iron and magnesium content increased. In the concentration range of ammonium chloride, NH _ 4 ~ can promote the formation of vermicelli, while iron and magnesium impurity can promote the formation of calcite. Because of the different forms of aluminum ions, aluminum can promote the formation of vaterite in 1mol/L. The calcite formation is promoted when 1mol/L is greater than. When the concentration of ammonium chloride is less than 4mol/L, various impurity interactions form the crystal form of vaterite. When the concentration of ammonium chloride is equal to that of 4mol/L, the mixed crystal form of vaterite and calcite is formed by the interaction of various impurity.
