硫鋁酸鹽水泥用聚羧酸減水劑的制備及其性能研究

【摘要】:以聚醚大單體(TPEG)、丙烯酸(AA)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙烷磺酸(AMPS)為主要原料合成了適用于硫鋁酸鹽水泥的聚羧酸系減水劑。通過正交試驗(yàn)研究了單體配比、聚醚大單體側(cè)鏈分子質(zhì)量等因素對(duì)聚羧酸減水劑分散性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)n(AA)∶n(AMPS)∶n(TPEG)=3.25∶1.5∶2.0,聚醚單體側(cè)鏈相對(duì)分子質(zhì)量為3000時(shí),合成減水劑的分散性能較好。在此條件下,當(dāng)反應(yīng)溫度為75℃時(shí),聚羧酸減水劑的分散效果最佳,且漿體沒有發(fā)生離析分層現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:Polycarboxylic acid series water reducer suitable for sulphoaluminate cement was synthesized from polyether macromonomer (TPEG), acrylic acid (AA) 2 acrylamide 2 methyl propane sulfonic acid (AMPS) as the main raw material. The effects of monomer ratio and side chain molecular weight of polyether macromonomer on the dispersion properties of polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer were studied by orthogonal test. The results show that when n (AA): n (AMPS): n (TPEG) = 3.25: 1.5: 2.0, the relative molecular weight of side chain of polyether monomer is 3000, the dispersing property of water reducer is better.
