石油焦脫雜機(jī)理及脫硫動力學(xué)研究

【摘要】:特種石墨是一種戰(zhàn)略資源,石油焦是制備特種石墨的原料之一,其雜質(zhì)含量會影響石墨制品的性能,所以研究石油焦脫硫技術(shù)具有重要的意義。本項(xiàng)目以石油焦為研究對象,采用加壓濕法冶金新技術(shù)、加堿焙燒法等實(shí)驗(yàn)研究石油焦的最優(yōu)脫硫條件?疾炝吮簾龝r(shí)間、焙燒溫度、脫硫劑摻雜比例對生焦脫硫率的影響,利用TG-DSC聯(lián)合法對樣品進(jìn)行分析,研究了生焦與脫硫劑焙燒脫硫反應(yīng)的動力學(xué),結(jié)果如下。石油焦摻雜KOH焙燒脫硫的最優(yōu)條件為:反應(yīng)溫度1073 K,反應(yīng)時(shí)間1.5 h,KOH摻雜比例100%,最大脫硫率可達(dá)63.36.%。KOH焙燒脫硫反應(yīng)所需的活化能E為206.12kJ-mol"1,指前因子A為2.83×107/min-1,反應(yīng)機(jī)理函數(shù)為f(α)=(1-α)331。石油焦摻雜NaHCO3焙燒脫硫的最優(yōu)條件為:反應(yīng)溫度1073 K,反應(yīng)時(shí)間1.5 h,NaHCO3摻雜比例100%,最大脫硫率可達(dá)63%。NaHCO3焙燒脫硫反應(yīng)所需的活化能E為209.26 kJ·mol-1,指前因子A為2.89×107/min-1,反應(yīng)機(jī)理函數(shù)為f(α)=(1-α)3.29。石油焦摻雜CaO焙燒脫硫的最優(yōu)條件為:反應(yīng)溫度1173 K,反應(yīng)時(shí)間1h,CaO摻雜比例75%,最大脫硫率可達(dá)47%。CaO焙燒脫硫反應(yīng)所需的活化能E為150.8kJ·mol-1,指前因子A為6.98×1011/min-1,反應(yīng)機(jī)理函數(shù)為f(α)=(1-α)2.54。石油焦摻雜NaOH焙燒脫硫的最優(yōu)條件為,反應(yīng)溫度1173 K,反應(yīng)時(shí)間1 h,NaOH摻雜比例25%,最大脫硫率可達(dá)56%,主要產(chǎn)物為FeS、S、Na2SO4、CaSO4。NaOH焙燒脫硫反應(yīng)所需的活化臺E為26.12 kJ·mol-1,指前因子A為1.83/min-1,反應(yīng)機(jī)理函數(shù)為f(a)=(1-α)0.09。石油焦摻雜Na2CO3焙燒脫硫的最優(yōu)條件為,反應(yīng)溫度1173 K,反應(yīng)時(shí)間1h,Na2CO3摻雜比例25%,最大脫硫率可達(dá)56%,Na2CO3焙燒脫硫反應(yīng)所需的活化能E為157.12kJ·mol-1,指前因子A為5.4×108/min-1,反應(yīng)機(jī)理函數(shù)為f(α)=(1-α)6.13。
[Abstract]:Special graphite is a strategic resource. Petroleum coke is one of the raw materials for the preparation of special graphite. Its impurity content will affect the performance of graphite products, so it is of great significance to study the desulfurization technology of petroleum coke. Taking petroleum coke as the research object, the optimum desulphurization conditions of petroleum coke were studied by using the new technology of hydrometallurgy under pressure and the method of alkali roasting. The effects of calcination time, calcination temperature and the doping ratio of desulphurizer on the desulfurization rate of coke were investigated. The kinetics of roasting desulfurization reaction between coke and desulfurizer was studied by TG-DSC method. The results are as follows. The optimum conditions for roasting desulfurization of petroleum coke doped with KOH are as follows: reaction temperature 1073 K, reaction time 1.5 h Koh doping ratio 100, the activation energy E of maximum desulfurization rate up to that of 63.36.%.KOH roasting desulfurization reaction is 206.12kJ-mol "1, preexponential factor A is 2.83 脳 10 7 / min -1, reaction mechanism function is f (偽) = (1- 偽) 331. The maximum desulphurization rate can reach 56. The activation table E is 26.12 kJ mol-1, the pre-exponential factor A is 1.83% min-1, and the reaction mechanism function is f (a) = (1- 偽) 0.09. The optimum conditions for roasting desulfurization of petroleum coke doped with Na2CO3 are as follows: reaction temperature 1173 K, reaction time 1 h of Na _ 2CO _ 3 doping ratio 25%, the maximum desulphurization rate of 56% and Na _ 2CO _ 3 roasting desulfurization reaction is 157.12kJ mol-1, preexponential factor A is 5.4 脳 10 ~ 8 / min ~ (-1), reaction mechanism function is f (偽) = (1- 偽) 6.13.
