高純磷酸鹽的應(yīng)用、生產(chǎn)工藝及分析方法研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:近年來,隨著對(duì)食品級(jí)、醫(yī)藥級(jí)、電子級(jí)和半導(dǎo)體級(jí)等高純磷酸鹽的需求日益增加,發(fā)展并進(jìn)一步完善高純磷酸鹽的生產(chǎn)工藝、提高磷酸鹽產(chǎn)品純度、建立產(chǎn)品技術(shù)指標(biāo)及分析檢測(cè)方法對(duì)日益發(fā)展的高純磷酸鹽產(chǎn)業(yè)具有重要意義。綜述了高純磷酸鹽的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域、主要生產(chǎn)工藝和純化方法,以及國內(nèi)外高純磷酸鹽技術(shù)指標(biāo)對(duì)比及分析檢測(cè)方法,主要以磷酸二氫鉀(KH_2PO_4)為例進(jìn)行說明。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasing demand for high-purity phosphate, such as food grade, pharmaceutical grade, electronic grade and semiconductor grade, the production process of high-purity phosphate has been developed and further improved to improve the purity of phosphate products. It is of great significance to establish product technical index and analysis and detection method for the development of high-purity phosphate industry. The application of high-purity phosphate, the main production process and purification method, and the comparison and analysis of the technical indexes of high-purity phosphate at home and abroad are reviewed. The main example is potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KH_2PO_4).
