基于比較測(cè)量法的冷卻循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)電導(dǎo)率檢測(cè)儀研究

【摘要】:電導(dǎo)率檢測(cè)在冷卻循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)中有關(guān)鍵性的意義,它可揭示水循環(huán)系統(tǒng)中結(jié)垢的速度與水質(zhì)利用率.針對(duì)敞開(kāi)式冷卻循環(huán)水系統(tǒng),設(shè)計(jì)了一套高精度水質(zhì)檢測(cè)儀系統(tǒng),介紹了其傳感器模塊,提出了利用比較測(cè)量法提高電導(dǎo)率測(cè)量的穩(wěn)定性,抑制內(nèi)部產(chǎn)生的誤差和外部的部分干擾,通過(guò)去極值平均濾波、一階慣性濾波方法來(lái)減少測(cè)量誤差,從而得到了一個(gè)高精度的電導(dǎo)率檢測(cè)系統(tǒng).
[Abstract]:The detection of electrical conductivity is of crucial significance in cooling circulating water system, which can reveal the speed of scaling and the utilization of water quality. According to the open cooling circulating water system, a set of high precision water quality detector system is designed, its sensor module is introduced, and the stability of conductivity measurement is improved by using comparative measurement method. In order to reduce the measurement error by removing the extremum average filter and the first order inertial filtering method, a high precision conductivity detection system is obtained by suppressing the internal error and some external interference.
