【摘要】：在石化行業(yè)之中,儲運(yùn)設(shè)備具有十分重要的戰(zhàn)略地位,而立式儲罐作為儲運(yùn)設(shè)備的一種又有著廣泛的應(yīng)用。因?yàn)槭袠I(yè)關(guān)系著國家的能源安全,所以立式儲罐殼體的清洗便受到了大家的關(guān)注,清洗技術(shù)也在不斷發(fā)展。石化行業(yè)的特殊性決定了清洗過程中不能產(chǎn)生明火�？紤]到安全、清洗和節(jié)能等因素,基于高壓水射流技術(shù),設(shè)計出一款能夠清洗立式儲罐殼體的設(shè)備,用以對立式儲罐殼體進(jìn)行清洗,保證了清洗工作在安全的狀態(tài)下高效進(jìn)行。
[Abstract]:In petrochemical industry, storage and transportation equipment has a very important strategic position, and vertical storage tank as a storage and transportation equipment has a wide range of applications. Because petrochemical industry is related to national energy security, the cleaning of vertical storage tank shell has been concerned by everyone, and cleaning technology is also developing. The particularity of petrochemical industry determines that no open fire can be produced in the cleaning process. Considering the factors of safety, cleaning and energy saving, based on the high pressure water jet technology, a kind of equipment is designed to clean the vertical tank shell, which can be used to clean the opposite tank shell, which ensures that the cleaning work is carried out efficiently under the safe condition.
