電解錳渣-鎂渣制備復(fù)合礦渣硫鋁酸鹽水泥熟料的研究

【摘要】:利用化學(xué)分析法、X射線衍射分析(XRD)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、熱重分析(TG-DSC)等檢測手段對電解錳渣、鎂渣的化學(xué)組分、礦物組成、物化性能進(jìn)行分析。根據(jù)分析結(jié)果,合理設(shè)計以錳渣、鎂渣為原料制備硫鋁酸鹽水泥熟料的配比方案,并考察燒結(jié)溫度對熟料性質(zhì)的影響。在制備的水泥熟料中摻入一定量的石膏可制備出早強(qiáng)、快硬的硫鋁酸鹽水泥。在此過程中測定水化放熱過程,并分析石膏摻量與水泥抗折和抗壓強(qiáng)度的關(guān)系,確定最佳的石膏摻量。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,電解錳渣、鎂渣可以作為有價值的原料制備硫鋁酸鹽水泥熟料,兩種廢渣的摻比可分別達(dá)到21%,燒結(jié)過程的最佳溫度為1260℃,保溫時間為30 min,此時燒結(jié)出的試樣的礦物相主要為C_2S、C_4A_3S。當(dāng)石膏摻量為15%時,放出的水化總熱最多,制備出的水泥力學(xué)性能最好,28 d的抗折強(qiáng)度為5.1 MPa,抗壓強(qiáng)度為31.2 MPa,抗?jié)B等級達(dá)到P6,燒制熟料和水化產(chǎn)物將錳渣和鎂渣中的重金屬有效的固化穩(wěn)定,不易被浸出。
[Abstract]:The chemical composition, mineral composition and physicochemical properties of electrolytic manganese slag and magnesium slag were analyzed by means of chemical analysis, X-ray diffraction, (XRD), scanning electron microscope, (SEM), thermogravimetry (TG-DSC) and so on. According to the analysis results, the proportioning scheme of sulphoaluminate cement clinker was designed with manganese slag and magnesium slag as raw materials, and the influence of sintering temperature on clinker properties was investigated. Early strength and fast hardening sulphoaluminate cement can be prepared by adding a certain amount of gypsum into the cement clinker. In this process, the hydration exothermic process is determined, and the relationship between the gypsum content and the flexural strength and compressive strength of cement is analyzed, and the optimum gypsum content is determined. The experimental results show that electrolytic manganese slag and magnesium slag can be used as valuable raw materials to prepare sulphoaluminate cement clinker. The ratio of the two kinds of waste slag can reach 21, and the optimum sintering temperature is 1260 鈩,
