【摘要】：采用單因素實驗及三元配料實驗法制得碧綠透光、坯釉適應(yīng)性和釉面效果較好的傳統(tǒng)玲瓏釉,并對其進行表征。實驗結(jié)果表明:釉灰對玲瓏釉釉面效果的影響最大,影響玲瓏釉呈色的主要因素是硅鈣摩爾比,優(yōu)化配方的化學(xué)組成為:SiO_2 73.21%,Al_2O_3 15.47%,Fe_2O_3 0.71%,CaO 5.74%,MgO 0.36%,K_2O 2.82%,Na_2O 1.71%;XRD與SEM分析表明:呈色為米白、淡青和碧綠色調(diào)的釉燒成后含有石英相,碧綠色調(diào)的還有少量鱗石英存在;而呈色為碧綠泛藍的釉層中除含有石英相和方石英相外,還含有藍晶石相,這也是其呈泛藍色的原因。
[Abstract]:The traditional exquisite glaze with green light transmission, green glaze adaptability and glaze surface effect was obtained by single factor experiment and ternary proportioning experiment, and its characterization was carried out. The experimental results show that the main factors affecting the glaze color are the molar ratio of silica to calcium. The chemical composition of the optimized formula is as follows: 1: SiO2O3 15.471CaO 5.74MgO 0.36K2O 2.82Na2O 1.71nm. The results of XRD and SEM analysis show that the color is meter white, and the chemical composition of the optimized formula is as follows:% SiO2O3 15.471CaO 5.74mg O 0.36K2O 2.82Na2O 1.710.The results of XRD and SEM analysis show that the composition of the optimized formula is as follows:% SiO2O30.71CaO 5.74mg O 0.36K2O 2.82Na 2O 1.71U. The glaze in light green and green tone contains quartz phase after firing, and there is a small amount of quartz in green tonal glaze, while the glaze layer with greenish green pan-blue color contains not only quartz phase and calcite phase, but also blue crystal phase. That's why it's pan-blue.
