改性水硬性石灰基材料的制備與耐久性

【摘要】:為了得到更加適宜于巖土文物保護(hù)加固的水硬性石灰材料,研究了摻加礦粉、外加劑和聚乙烯醇纖維的改性水硬性石灰的配合比優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)、力學(xué)性能、水化硬化機(jī)理和耐久性.研究發(fā)現(xiàn):礦粉、外加劑和聚乙烯醇纖維能顯著提高水硬性石灰的力學(xué)性能以及耐久性;經(jīng)改性后的水硬性石灰試樣D,其抗折強(qiáng)度、抗壓強(qiáng)度和拉拔強(qiáng)度分別能達(dá)到3.27、15.45、0.61 MPa,而且,經(jīng)過耐水、耐鹽和干濕循環(huán)試驗(yàn)后,仍然保持較高的力學(xué)性能,這對(duì)于巖土質(zhì)文物的保護(hù)修復(fù)具有重大的意義.
[Abstract]:In order to obtain more suitable hydro lime materials for the protection and reinforcement of rock and soil cultural relics, the optimum design, mechanical properties, hydration hardening mechanism and durability of modified hydrated lime mixed with mineral powder, admixture and polyvinyl alcohol fiber were studied. The results show that the mechanical properties and durability of hydrated lime can be improved significantly by mineral powder, admixture and polyvinyl alcohol fiber, and the flexural strength, compressive strength and drawing strength of modified hydrated lime sample can reach 3.2715.45 ~ 0.61 MPa, respectively. After the water-resistant, salt-tolerant and dry-wet cycle tests, the mechanical properties are still high, which is of great significance for the protection and restoration of rock-soil cultural relics.
