水冷螺旋輸送機(jī)內(nèi)顆粒的流動(dòng)特性

【摘要】:水冷螺旋輸送機(jī)內(nèi)顆粒的運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)其換熱效率起決定性作用。為揭示應(yīng)用于蘭炭行業(yè)的水冷螺旋輸送機(jī)內(nèi)顆粒的流動(dòng)特性,本文基于離散單元法(DEM)建立了水冷螺旋輸送機(jī)的計(jì)算模型,從顆粒群力鏈的角度分析了螺旋轉(zhuǎn)速、填充系數(shù)、螺距以及螺旋軸直徑對(duì)其內(nèi)部顆粒流動(dòng)的影響。結(jié)果表明:殼體附近顆粒的運(yùn)動(dòng)速度因邊界抑制作用有所降低。填充系數(shù)小于80%時(shí),顆粒的運(yùn)動(dòng)以滑移為主;填充系數(shù)大于80%時(shí),顆粒的運(yùn)動(dòng)以旋轉(zhuǎn)為主。滿填充狀態(tài)下,螺距與螺旋直徑之比小于2/3時(shí),顆粒的運(yùn)動(dòng)以旋轉(zhuǎn)為主;螺距與螺旋直徑之比大于2/3時(shí),顆粒的軸向運(yùn)動(dòng)逐漸占據(jù)主導(dǎo)地位。質(zhì)量流率隨螺旋轉(zhuǎn)速和螺距的增加而增加,隨螺旋軸直徑的增加而降低。質(zhì)量流率對(duì)高于80%填充系數(shù)的敏感程度高于低填充系數(shù)的敏感程度。
[Abstract]:The movement of particles in water-cooled screw conveyer plays a decisive role in heat transfer efficiency. In order to reveal the flow characteristics of particles in water-cooled spiral conveyors used in the orchid carbon industry, a calculation model of water-cooled spiral conveyors is established based on discrete element method (Dem). The helical rotation speed and filling coefficient are analyzed from the point of view of particle group force chain. The influence of pitch and diameter of helical shaft on the flow of particles inside. The results show that the velocity of particles near the shell decreases due to the boundary inhibition. When the filling coefficient is less than 80, the movement of particles is mainly slip, and when the filling coefficient is greater than 80, the movement of particles is mainly rotation. When the ratio of pitch to helical diameter is less than 2 / 3, the motion of particles is mainly rotation, and when the ratio of pitch to helical diameter is more than 2 / 3, the axial motion of particles gradually dominates. The mass flow rate increases with the increase of screw speed and pitch, and decreases with the increase of helical shaft diameter. The sensitivity of mass flow rate to filling coefficient above 80% is higher than that of low filling coefficient.
