紡錘狀CuO微結(jié)構(gòu)的可控合成與表征

【摘要】:以NaOH、尿素為沉淀劑,Cu(NO_3)_2·3H_2O為銅源,采用水熱法控制合成了一種紡錘狀CuO微結(jié)構(gòu)。采用XRD、SEM、TEM和HRTEM等手段對(duì)產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行了表征和分析,結(jié)果表明該CuO呈單斜晶相且具有很高的結(jié)晶性。研究了反應(yīng)體系p H值、尿素濃度、反應(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)時(shí)間等因素對(duì)CuO形貌的影響,結(jié)果表明改變NaOH與尿素的相對(duì)濃度能顯著調(diào)變CuO的形貌,使其呈現(xiàn)出空心微球、花狀以及紡錘狀等結(jié)構(gòu)。提出了紡錘狀CuO微結(jié)構(gòu)可能的生長(zhǎng)機(jī)理。
[Abstract]:Using NaOH and urea as precipitant Cu (no _ 3) _ 2H _ 2O as copper source, a spindle-like CuO microstructure was synthesized by hydrothermal method. The products were characterized and analyzed by means of XRDX SEM TEM and HRTEM. The results show that the CuO is monoclinic and has high crystallinity. The effects of reaction system pH value, urea concentration, reaction temperature and reaction time on the morphology of CuO were studied. The results showed that the morphology of CuO could be changed significantly by changing the relative concentration of NaOH and urea. Flowers and spindles, etc. The possible growth mechanism of spindle-like CuO microstructures was proposed.
