【摘要】:最近幾年我國(guó)建筑地產(chǎn)行業(yè)迅猛發(fā)展,國(guó)家限制和禁止實(shí)心粘土磚的生產(chǎn),粉煤灰蒸壓磚變廢為寶,成為目前新型墻體材料的主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品。在粉煤灰蒸壓磚的坯料制備過(guò)程中,各種物料經(jīng)過(guò)配料攪拌制成混合料后,要經(jīng)過(guò)一道必不可少的工序——混碾機(jī)碾壓破碎。舊式輪碾機(jī)的缺點(diǎn)是刮板機(jī)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,碾輪較大,攪拌不夠均勻,碾壓時(shí)間長(zhǎng),生產(chǎn)效率低,能源消耗大。為了解決以上問(wèn)題,近年來(lái),世界各國(guó)都致力于研究和生產(chǎn)各種類型高效率輪碾機(jī)。新型混碾機(jī)是一種傳統(tǒng)的物料粉碎和混合設(shè)備。它主要結(jié)構(gòu)是上部中央行星變速箱連接一對(duì)碾輪,一對(duì)內(nèi)外刮板,一對(duì)自轉(zhuǎn)攪拌轉(zhuǎn)子,利用碾盤平面與碾輪圓柱面產(chǎn)生的壓力與剪切力,將物料碾碎,同時(shí)上部變速箱帶動(dòng)碾輪內(nèi)外側(cè)刮板公轉(zhuǎn)時(shí),自轉(zhuǎn)轉(zhuǎn)子又進(jìn)行自轉(zhuǎn),這樣就兼?zhèn)淞四肴嗪桶韬系淖饔。由于這種新型混碾機(jī)具有碾壓搓揉與攪拌均勻兩項(xiàng)功能,在原料處理時(shí)對(duì)顆粒大小的控制非常容易操作,所以到目前為止它任然是處理建材,耐材,陶瓷,化工等許多行業(yè)粉料最為常用的設(shè)備。新型混碾機(jī)創(chuàng)新結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)是:①加設(shè)了行星轉(zhuǎn)子機(jī)構(gòu),實(shí)現(xiàn)了既有公轉(zhuǎn)又有自轉(zhuǎn)的回轉(zhuǎn)攪拌功能,攪拌軌跡復(fù)雜,攪拌均勻度高。②上部通過(guò)加設(shè)一套行星齒輪系實(shí)現(xiàn)了碾輪,攪拌刮板,行星鏟刀整個(gè)行星架的公轉(zhuǎn)與轉(zhuǎn)子的自轉(zhuǎn)由一臺(tái)電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn),大大精簡(jiǎn)了機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)和能源消耗成本。③如果特殊行業(yè)小顆粒原料處理需要,可增設(shè)密封上蓋,和夾層盤邊,底板。將加水加料裝置全部集成在上蓋之上,夾層盤邊和底板處,可植入熱循環(huán)管路,用導(dǎo)熱油,或者熱蒸汽來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)加熱功能.整機(jī)可以同時(shí)具備防塵,防刺激氣體揮發(fā),加熱,冷凝等多項(xiàng)功能。經(jīng)過(guò)重新設(shè)計(jì)升級(jí)改造后的新型混碾機(jī)功能齊全,生產(chǎn)率可提高2-3倍,改變了過(guò)去很多同類老式機(jī)型只有單純碾壓破碎或者單純攪拌功能的落后現(xiàn)狀,大大增加了設(shè)備應(yīng)用范圍,結(jié)構(gòu)精簡(jiǎn)合理,總重量降低,大大節(jié)約了原料成本和能耗成本,可節(jié)省電能30%左右。節(jié)約了社會(huì)資源.配套現(xiàn)在電氣控制柜后操作使用方便,安裝維護(hù)簡(jiǎn)單。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the construction and real estate industry of our country has developed rapidly, the state has restricted and prohibited the production of solid clay brick, and the fly ash autoclaved brick has become the leading product of the new wall material at present. In the process of preparing the blank of fly ash autoclaved brick, after mixing all kinds of materials to make the mixture, it is necessary to pass through a necessary process-the mixing mill to crush and crush the mixture. The disadvantages of the old wheel mill are that the scraper is simple, the wheel is large, the stirring is not uniform, the rolling time is long, the production efficiency is low, and the energy consumption is large. In order to solve the above problems, in recent years, countries all over the world are committed to the research and production of various types of high-efficiency wheel mills. The new mixing mill is a kind of traditional material crushing and mixing equipment. The main structure is that the upper central planetary gearbox is connected with a pair of grinding wheels, a pair of internal and external scrapers, a pair of rotating stirring rotors, and the material is crushed by the pressure and shear force generated by the disc plane and the cylindrical surface of the grinding wheel. At the same time, when the upper gearbox drives the rotary wheel inside and outside the scraper, the rotor rotates again, so it has the function of rolling and mixing. Because this new type of mixer has the functions of compacting and mixing evenly, the control of particle size is very easy to operate in the processing of raw materials, so far it has been used to deal with building materials, refractory materials and ceramics. The innovative structure of the new mixing mill is characterized by the addition of a planetary rotor mechanism to the new mixer, which realizes the rotary stirring function of both rotation and rotation. The mixing track is complex, and the upper part of the mixing machine with high mixing uniformity .2 realizes the grinding wheel by adding a planetary gear system. The rotation of the whole planetary frame and the rotation of the rotor are driven by a single motor, which greatly simplifies the mechanical structure and the cost of energy consumption. 3. If a special industry needs to deal with small particles of raw materials, an additional seal cover can be added. And sandwich plate edge, bottom plate. All the water feeding devices are integrated on the upper cover, the edge of the sandwich plate and the bottom plate can be inserted into the heat circulation pipeline, and the heating function can be realized by heat conduction oil or hot steam. After redesigning and upgrading, the new type of mixer has complete functions and can increase its productivity 2-3 times. It has changed the backward situation in the past when many of the old models of the same type had only simple crushing or mixing functions. The application range of the equipment is greatly increased, the structure is simplified and reasonable, the total weight is reduced, the cost of raw material and energy consumption are greatly saved, and the electric energy can be saved by about 30%.
