【摘要】:以鎳鐵礦渣為主要原料,配以適量的生石灰等組分,經(jīng)成型、靜停、蒸壓養(yǎng)護(hù)等工序,可以制備出性能良好的透水磚。對(duì)樣品的抗折強(qiáng)度、透水性、耐磨性和抗凍性進(jìn)行了測(cè)試與分析。結(jié)果表明:在一定的范圍內(nèi)添加生石灰和礦渣微粉對(duì)提高樣品的抗折強(qiáng)度、抗凍性和耐磨性能有益,但會(huì)降低透水系數(shù);隨蒸壓溫度提高以及恒溫時(shí)間的增加,樣品的抗折強(qiáng)度、耐磨性和抗凍性逐步提高,而透水系數(shù)則逐步降低。工業(yè)試驗(yàn)生產(chǎn)表明,原料中鎳鐵礦渣含量為84%,生石灰含量為16%;微粉添加量占鎳鐵礦渣原料的20%,脫硫石膏為原料總量的2%,采用此配方進(jìn)行工業(yè)試驗(yàn),蒸壓溫度190℃,恒溫時(shí)間6 h,所制透水磚性能符合GB/T25993—2010要求。
[Abstract]:The permeable brick with good performance can be prepared by taking Ni-Fe slag as the main raw material and adding proper amount of quicklime and other components through molding, static stopping, autoclaving curing and so on. The flexural strength, water permeability, wear resistance and freezing resistance of the samples were tested and analyzed. The results show that the addition of quicklime and slag powder in a certain range is beneficial to the improvement of the flexural strength, freezing resistance and wear resistance of the samples, but will decrease the permeability coefficient, and increase with the increase of the autoclaved temperature and the constant temperature time. The flexural strength, wear resistance and freezing resistance of the samples increased gradually, while the water permeability coefficient decreased gradually. The industrial test shows that the content of Ni-Fe slag in raw material is 84 and the content of quicklime is 160.The addition of micro-powder accounts for 20% of the raw material of Ni-Fe slag and 2% of the total amount of desulphurized gypsum is used for industrial test, and the autoclaved temperature is 190 鈩,
