青霉素廢菌渣微波水解制備復(fù)合氨基酸及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:青霉素廢菌渣是制藥工業(yè)青霉素發(fā)酵工序產(chǎn)生的固體廢棄物,處理不當(dāng)會(huì)導(dǎo)致環(huán)境污染、危及生態(tài)。本文以廢菌渣為原料,在堿性條件下,采用微波水解方法得到復(fù)合氨基酸。將其作為石膏緩凝劑,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)廢菌渣的安全、高附加值利用。在單因素實(shí)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,以堿濃度、料液比、反應(yīng)時(shí)間、反應(yīng)溫度為考察因素,采用正交實(shí)驗(yàn)法確定最佳工藝條件為:堿濃度0.04mol/L,料液比1∶4,微波水解時(shí)間10min,溫度85℃。借助氨基酸分析儀分析了水解產(chǎn)物的化學(xué)組成,利用紅外光譜、掃描電鏡等手段對(duì)緩凝作用(石膏體系)機(jī)理進(jìn)行了分析研究。結(jié)果表明:水解物主要是賴(lài)氨酸、酪氨酸、半胱氨酸等氨基酸的混合物,其中氨基和羧基官能團(tuán)參與了鈣的配位,形成了鈣的復(fù)合氨基酸/小肽螯合物,從而延緩了石膏的溶解、水化和結(jié)晶過(guò)程,使凝結(jié)時(shí)間延長(zhǎng)。
[Abstract]:Penicillin waste bacteria residue is a solid waste produced by penicillin fermentation process in pharmaceutical industry. Improper treatment will lead to environmental pollution and endanger the ecology. In this paper, compound amino acids were obtained by microwave hydrolysis under alkaline conditions from waste bacteria residue. It can be used as gypsum retarder to realize the safety and high value-added utilization of waste bacteria residue.
