豎直管降膜蒸發(fā)器溢流孔式布膜器CFD模擬研究

【摘要】:針對某公司在役豎直管降膜蒸發(fā)器換熱效果不佳的問題,利用計算流體動力學(CFD)方法模擬研究了徑向進液、切向進液以及溢流孔上方液位高度對成膜效果的影響,并進行了實驗驗證。模擬、實驗研究發(fā)現:流體徑向進入布膜器,僅部分流體沿壁面成膜,造成換熱面積的有效利用率不足,進而導致蒸發(fā)器換熱面積有效利用率低;采用切向孔進入布膜器,流體可在換熱管壁面均勻成膜;溢流孔上方液位高度300 mm時可保證布膜均勻。
[Abstract]:In view of the problem that the heat transfer effect of a company's vertical tube falling film evaporator is not good, the effect of radial intake, tangent fluid and the height of liquid level above the overflow hole on the film forming effect is simulated by the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method, and experimental verification is carried out. The simulation and experimental study found that the fluid radial enters the film distributor, only part of it. The effective utilization of the heat transfer area is insufficient and the effective utilization rate of the heat exchange area is low, and the effective utilization rate of the heat exchange area of the evaporator is low. The fluid can be uniformly formed on the wall surface of the heat exchange tube by using the tangential hole, and the film is uniform when the height of the liquid level above the overflow hole is 300 mm above the overflow hole.
