【摘要】：通過落錘試驗,得到不同沖擊能量下夾層玻璃的破壞模式,同時得到夾層玻璃在集中載荷沖擊下的沖擊力時程曲線和位移時程曲線,進(jìn)而分析玻璃厚度以及聚乙烯醇縮丁醛(PVB)夾層厚度對夾層玻璃抗沖擊性能的影響。試驗結(jié)果表明:增加玻璃厚度或增加PVB夾層厚度都能減小夾層玻璃的位移,但二者機(jī)理不同;對于玻璃厚度相同而PVB夾層厚度不同的夾層玻璃,達(dá)到同一破壞模式所需沖擊能量大致相同,PVB夾層越厚,在相同沖擊能量下的沖擊力越小,PVB夾層厚度的增加能吸收更多的沖擊能量;對于PVB夾層厚度相同而玻璃厚度不同的夾層玻璃,玻璃厚度越大則夾層玻璃的剛度和承載力越大,在相同沖擊能量下的沖擊力也越大。
[Abstract]:Through the drop weight test, the failure mode of laminated glass under different impact energy is obtained. At the same time, the impact time history curve and displacement time history curve of laminated glass under concentrated load impact are obtained. The effects of glass thickness and polyvinyl butyral (PVB) sandwich thickness on impact resistance of laminated glass were analyzed. The experimental results show that the displacement of laminated glass can be reduced by increasing glass thickness or increasing PVB sandwich thickness, but the two mechanisms are different, for laminated glass with the same glass thickness and different PVB sandwich thickness, The impact energy required to achieve the same failure mode is about the same as the thickness of PVB intercalation, and the smaller the impact force is under the same impact energy, the more shock energy can be absorbed by increasing the thickness of PVB interlayer. For the laminated glass with the same PVB sandwich thickness and different glass thickness, the greater the stiffness and bearing capacity of the laminated glass, and the greater the impact force under the same impact energy.
