水熱法合成白磷鈣石

【摘要】:以CaO、Mg(NO_3)_2和H_3PO_4為原料,通過水熱法合成白磷鈣石。采用X射線衍射(XRD)、場發(fā)射掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、熱分析(TG-DTA)和X射線熒光光譜(XRF)進行了分析表征。結(jié)果表明,隨著初始溶液中Mg/(Ca+Mg)摩爾比的增加,白磷鈣石的結(jié)晶行為有顯著不同:形貌由六方板狀晶體(直徑30~50μm)向球形聚集體(直徑3~5μm)轉(zhuǎn)變,晶胞參數(shù)a和c值則逐漸減小。初始溶液中Mg/(Ca+Mg)增加,產(chǎn)物中的Mg/(Ca+Mg)含量也逐漸增加,Mg/(Ca+Mg)的最高值為13.6%。在實驗條件下,白磷鈣石的成核與結(jié)晶過程在2 h之內(nèi)基本完成。白磷鈣石Ca_(18)Mg_2H_2(PO_4)_(14)在680~950℃之間脫去結(jié)構(gòu)水,轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)镃a_(18)Mg_2(PO_4)_(12)P_2O_7。
[Abstract]:Calcium phosphate calcium was synthesized by hydrothermal method from CaOG (no _ 3) _ 2 and H _ 3PO _ 4. X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (SEM), thermal analysis (TG-DTA) and X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (XRF) were used. The results show that with the increase of mg / (Ca mg) molar ratio in the initial solution, the crystallization behavior of the white calcium phosphate is obviously different: the morphology changes from hexagonal plate crystal (30 ~ 50 渭 m in diameter) to a spherical aggregate (3 ~ 5 渭 m in diameter), and the unit cell parameters a and c decrease gradually. Mg / (Ca mg) in the initial solution increased, and the content of mg / (Ca mg) in the product increased gradually. The maximum value of mg / (Ca mg) in the product was 13. 6%. Under the experimental conditions, the nucleation and crystallization of white calcium phosphate were basically completed within 2 hours. Ca18Mg2H2H2 (POST4) _ (14) demineralized the structured water at 680 鈩,
