單分散紡錘形超細(xì)碳酸鈣的制備

【摘要】:添加六偏磷酸鈉作晶形控制劑,用碳化法制備了單分散紡錘形超細(xì)碳酸鈣。采用透射電鏡表征了碳酸鈣的形貌,探討了晶形控制劑的作用,并考察了不同工藝條件包括碳化反應(yīng)溫度、晶形控制劑的加入時(shí)間及添加量對(duì)碳酸鈣形貌的影響。結(jié)果表明:六偏磷酸鈉可以促進(jìn)晶體成核,誘導(dǎo)碳酸鈣晶體主要沿c軸生長(zhǎng),提高碳酸鈣顆粒間的分散性;在碳化起始溫度為40℃、碳化反應(yīng)進(jìn)行15~25 min時(shí)添加1.5%~2%的六偏磷酸鈉,制得了粒徑為0.7~1.0μm、長(zhǎng)徑比約為5的單分散紡錘形超細(xì)碳酸鈣。
[Abstract]:The monodisperse spindle-shaped ultrafine calcium carbonate was prepared by carbonization with sodium hexametaphosphate as crystal shape control agent. The morphology of calcium carbonate was characterized by transmission electron microscope (TEM), and the effect of crystal shape control agent on the morphology of calcium carbonate was investigated. The effects of different process conditions, such as carbonation reaction temperature, adding time and amount of crystal shape control agent, on the morphology of calcium carbonate were investigated. The results show that sodium hexametaphosphate can promote crystal nucleation, induce calcium carbonate crystal to grow along c axis, improve the dispersion of calcium carbonate particles, and add 1.5% sodium hexametaphosphate when carbonation temperature is 40 鈩,
