化妝土對(duì)鄱陽(yáng)淮王府琉璃構(gòu)件釉面品質(zhì)的影響

【摘要】:2012年考古發(fā)掘的鄱陽(yáng)淮王府是明代重要藩王府之一,出土了一批型制考究、釉色精美的鉛綠釉建筑琉璃構(gòu)件,為揭示明代建筑材料工藝技術(shù)提供了寶貴的實(shí)物資料。本課題以淮王府遺址出土的不同類型典型琉璃構(gòu)件樣品為研究對(duì)象,借助能量色散X射線熒光、場(chǎng)發(fā)射掃描電子顯微鏡,分析了樣品胎、化妝土和釉的化學(xué)組成、顯微結(jié)構(gòu),初步探討了化妝土的原料配方和制備工藝,及不同樣品表面釉層剝落程度存在明顯差異的主要原因。結(jié)果表明,大部分琉璃構(gòu)件中均存在有一層化學(xué)組成明顯不同于釉,且K_2O含量明顯高于胎的白色化妝土層,且發(fā)現(xiàn)在一定范圍內(nèi),隨著化妝土厚度的增加釉層厚度明顯減薄,釉面品質(zhì)明顯改善,其中厚度達(dá)到445μm以上,坯釉結(jié)合良好,釉面平整光亮,基本無剝釉現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:Poyang Huai Wangfu excavated in 2012 is one of the important vassal capitals in Ming Dynasty. A batch of fine glaze glazed glaze structures and glazed glaze structures have been unearthed, which provides valuable material for revealing the technology of building materials in Ming Dynasty. In this paper, the chemical composition and microstructure of samples of different types of glass components unearthed from Huai Wangfu site were analyzed by means of energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence and field emission scanning electron microscope. The raw material formula and preparation process of the cosmetic soil and the main reasons for the obvious difference in the spalling degree of the glaze layer on the surface of different samples were discussed. The results show that there is a layer of chemical composition which is obviously different from glaze in most glass components, and the content of K _ 2O is obviously higher than that of white make-up layer of tire, and it is found that the thickness of glaze layer decreases obviously with the increase of the thickness of glaze in a certain range. The quality of glaze was improved obviously, in which the thickness of glaze was over 445 渭 m, the combination of green glaze and glaze was good, the glaze surface was smooth and bright, and there was basically no phenomenon of exfoliation.
