【摘要】:我國瓷磚企業(yè)迅速發(fā)展,生產(chǎn)技術(shù)不斷革新,現(xiàn)已躋身世界瓷磚生產(chǎn)大國行列,瓷磚包裝機(jī)械的研究和開發(fā)已成為廣為關(guān)注的行業(yè)課題。CPB3045是武漢輕工大學(xué)和華南精密制造技術(shù)研究開發(fā)院聯(lián)合研制的瓷磚自動(dòng)包裝線,實(shí)現(xiàn)了300mm?450mm的自動(dòng)化包裝,并取得了較好的實(shí)用效果。本文針對(duì)CPB3045中放泡沫隔板裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)和控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行研究,優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)了一套泡沫隔板在線布放裝置,并搭建控制系統(tǒng)測(cè)試平臺(tái)驗(yàn)證本設(shè)計(jì)的可行性。論文首先對(duì)CPB3045型瓷片包裝線放泡沫隔板裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)及運(yùn)動(dòng)過程進(jìn)行分析,提出泡沫隔板在線布放裝置解決方案,并對(duì)其機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)與建模。其次,根據(jù)泡沫隔板在線布放裝置的運(yùn)動(dòng)特點(diǎn),采用電子凸輪技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)兩軸同步協(xié)調(diào)工作,并以開源軟件Beremiz作為編程環(huán)境,采用IEC61131-3國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)語言對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)控制進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)及實(shí)現(xiàn)。最后,采用華中科技大學(xué)自主研發(fā)的總線型嵌入式運(yùn)動(dòng)控制器及臺(tái)達(dá)公司ASDA-A2系列伺服電機(jī)搭建控制系統(tǒng)測(cè)試平臺(tái),并通過Lab VIEW軟件監(jiān)測(cè)電機(jī)實(shí)際運(yùn)動(dòng)曲線,對(duì)電子凸輪技術(shù)及運(yùn)動(dòng)控制算法進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證和分析,證明了方案的可行性,及系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性。通過對(duì)泡沫隔板在線布放裝置的開發(fā),在硬件設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上,并應(yīng)用軟PLC技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)電子凸輪技術(shù)在瓷磚包裝線中的應(yīng)用,成功提升了工位功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)速度和效果。本設(shè)計(jì)與研究對(duì)電子凸輪技術(shù)和軟PLC技術(shù)應(yīng)用于瓷磚包裝領(lǐng)域做出了有效的探索,體現(xiàn)了本設(shè)計(jì)研究的創(chuàng)新性,其所展示的應(yīng)用方法和流程,對(duì)在瓷磚包裝領(lǐng)域類似功能部件中應(yīng)用該技術(shù)有較好的借鑒意義。但是,由于資源的局限性,沒有對(duì)整體裝置進(jìn)行整機(jī)生產(chǎn)和驗(yàn)證,導(dǎo)致研究存在一定的不足,有待進(jìn)整線生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of ceramic tile enterprises in China and the continuous innovation of production technology, China has now become one of the largest ceramic tile producing countries in the world. The research and development of ceramic tile packaging machinery has become an industry subject of wide concern. CPB3045 is an automatic ceramic tile packaging line developed jointly by Wuhan Light Industry University and South China Precision Manufacturing Technology Research and Development Institute, which realizes the automatic packaging of 300mm?450mm. Good practical results have been obtained. In this paper, the structure and control system of foam partition device in CPB3045 are studied, a set of on-line layout device of foam partition board is optimized and a control system test platform is built to verify the feasibility of the design. In this paper, the structure and motion process of CPB3045 ceramic chip packaging line foam separator are analyzed, and the solution of foam partition online placement device is put forward, and its mechanical structure is designed and modeled. Secondly, according to the motion characteristics of the foam partition on-line placement device, the electronic cam technology is used to realize the synchronization and coordination of the two axes, and the open source software Beremiz is used as the programming environment. The IEC61131-3 international standard language is used to design and implement the motion control in detail. Finally, the embedded motion controller based on bus and ASDA-A2 series servo motor developed by Huazhong University of Science and Technology are used to set up the control system test platform, and the actual motion curve of motor is monitored by LabVIEW software. The electronic cam technology and motion control algorithm are verified and analyzed. The feasibility of the scheme and the stability of the system are proved. Based on the hardware design and the application of soft PLC technology, the electronic cam technology in ceramic tile packaging line has been developed, and the speed and effect of the work station function have been improved successfully. This design and research has made the effective exploration to the electronic cam technology and the soft PLC technology application in the ceramic tile packing domain, has manifested this design research innovation, it has demonstrated the application method and the flow, It can be used for reference in similar functional parts of ceramic tile packaging field. However, due to the limitation of resources, there is no complete production and verification of the whole unit, which leads to some deficiencies in the research, and needs to be verified in the production practice of the whole line.
