【摘要】：硫酸法白炭黑生產(chǎn)工藝是中國(guó)現(xiàn)階段主要采用的生產(chǎn)方法。該工藝生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中存在"三廢"排放,分析其對(duì)環(huán)境危害性,尤其是廢氣、廢水污染比較嚴(yán)重。通過(guò)分析現(xiàn)有白炭黑行業(yè)的生產(chǎn)過(guò)程,指出"元明粉-泡花堿-白炭黑"和"純堿-泡花堿-白炭黑"這2種循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)模式是白炭黑行業(yè)較為適宜的生產(chǎn)方案,但是這2種方案均存在一定的困難和問(wèn)題。針對(duì)存在的困難和問(wèn)題,提出了實(shí)現(xiàn)行業(yè)廢氣、廢水綜合利用的相關(guān)合理建議。
[Abstract]:The production process of sulphuric acid silica is the main production method in China at present. There are "three wastes" discharged in the process of production, which is harmful to the environment, especially the waste gas, and the pollution of waste water is serious. By analyzing the production process of the existing silica industry, it is pointed out that the two recycling economic models of "Yuan Ming powder, flowered alkali-silica" and "soda alkali-flowered alkali-silica" are the more suitable production schemes for the silica industry. However, there are some difficulties and problems in these two schemes. In view of the existing difficulties and problems, this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions to realize the comprehensive utilization of waste gas and wastewater in the industry.
