【摘要】：研究了利用污泥和建筑廢棄物制備燒結(jié)磚的方法,對比了污泥摻量、燒結(jié)溫度和沖頭壓強(qiáng)對燒結(jié)磚性能的影響。實驗表明,燒結(jié)磚中污泥最佳摻量為9%,最佳沖頭壓強(qiáng)為16 MPa,最佳燒結(jié)溫度為1050℃左右,在此條件下制備的多孔燒結(jié)磚平均抗壓強(qiáng)度大于11.2 MPa,符合GB 13544—2000《燒結(jié)多孔磚》中MU10級的要求。
[Abstract]:The method of making sintered brick from sludge and construction waste was studied. The effects of sludge content, sintering temperature and punch pressure on the properties of sintered brick were compared.
