【摘要】：石墨烯基材料由于具有優(yōu)異的物理和化學(xué)性能,近年來(lái)獲得了廣泛的研究和應(yīng)用。介紹了石墨烯基材料及其生物特性,討論了石墨烯材料產(chǎn)生毒性的影響因素和預(yù)防措施,對(duì)石墨烯基材料在生物醫(yī)用領(lǐng)域(如藥物載體、生物傳感器、光熱治療和組織工程材料)的應(yīng)用情況進(jìn)行了論述,并對(duì)石墨烯基材料的研究發(fā)展方向與應(yīng)用前景進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Graphene-based materials have been widely studied and applied in recent years because of their excellent physical and chemical properties. This paper introduces graphene based materials and their biological characteristics, discusses the factors affecting the toxicity of graphene materials and their preventive measures, and discusses the effects of graphene based materials on biomedical applications (such as drug carriers, biosensors). The application of photothermal therapy and tissue engineering materials is reviewed, and the research and development direction and application prospect of graphene based materials are also prospected.
