【摘要】：厚度改變對TRC薄板的真實強度、工作性能及耐久性能均有重要影響,為研究這種影響,試驗設計了10,15,20 mm三種厚度的TRC薄板,在薄板中加入2根經(jīng)向纖維束和8根緯向纖維束織成的編織纖維網(wǎng),并進行軸向拉伸試驗。通過對試件應力 應變關系曲線的分析,結果表明隨板厚的增加,受荷過程中TRC薄板內部的應力值逐漸減小,應變值逐漸增大。為了更好地說明不同厚度TRC薄板的抗拉性能,引入Bazant公式,并討論了解析式在直角坐標中的幾何形態(tài)。
[Abstract]:The thickness change has an important effect on the true strength, working performance and durability of TRC thin plate. In order to study this effect, three kinds of TRC thin plates of 10 ~ 1520mm thickness are designed. Two meridional fiber bundles and eight weft fiber bundles were added to the thin sheet, and the axial tensile tests were carried out. Through the analysis of the stress-strain relation curve of the specimen, the results show that the stress value of TRC thin plate decreases gradually and the strain value increases with the increase of plate thickness. In order to better explain the tensile properties of TRC thin plates with different thickness, the Bazant formula is introduced, and the geometric shape of the analytical formula in rectangular coordinates is discussed.
