基于有限元法模擬微晶玻璃的微晶化加熱過程

【摘要】:以CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2系基礎(chǔ)玻璃為研究對象,基于ANSYS有限元分析對基礎(chǔ)玻璃微晶化過程進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬,得到了基礎(chǔ)玻璃內(nèi)部中心點(diǎn)和端點(diǎn)溫度場隨時(shí)間的變化曲線方程。結(jié)果顯示,在從室溫加熱到核化溫度階段(25~780℃)和從核化溫度加熱到晶化溫度階段(780~1 080℃),基礎(chǔ)玻璃內(nèi)部的中心點(diǎn)溫度和端點(diǎn)溫度值隨時(shí)間變化與指數(shù)方程擬合度較高。為防止在加熱過程中溫度場中有較大的溫度梯度分布和熱應(yīng)力的產(chǎn)生,在25~780℃階段的升溫速率應(yīng)控制在2~4℃/min;在780~1 080℃階段的升溫速率應(yīng)控制在0~2℃/min。通過差熱分析和X射線衍射等分析手段對以3℃/min的升溫速率升至核化溫度(780℃)后又以1℃/min的升溫速率升至晶化溫度(1 080℃)后制得的CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2系微晶玻璃進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,得到了主晶相為硅灰石(CaSiO_3)和含鐵硅灰石類固溶體((Ca,Fe)SiO_3)且性能優(yōu)異的微晶玻璃。
[Abstract]:Taking CaO-Al _ 2O _ 3-SiO _ 2 basic glass as the research object, the process of basic glass crystallization was numerically simulated based on ANSYS finite element analysis, and the curve equation of the temperature field of the inner center and end point of the base glass with time was obtained. The results show that the temperature of the center point and the end point of the base glass vary with time and the fitting degree of the exponential equation is higher when the temperature from room temperature to nucleation temperature is 25 ~ 780 鈩,
