【摘要】：以遼寧某地海鹽鹵水為原料,進(jìn)行脫色處理,以氨水沉淀鎂制備氫氧化鎂。比較過(guò)氧化氫、活性炭、次氯酸鈉和次氯酸鈣脫色處理獲得氫氧化鎂產(chǎn)物白度,以及次氯酸鈣處理鎂離子回收率,并對(duì)產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行XRD、激光粒度分布分析。結(jié)果表明,次氯酸鈣脫色效果最明顯,次氯酸鈉其次,活性炭和過(guò)氧化氫較差。以次氯酸鈣為脫色劑,通過(guò)單因素變量法分析,確定適宜的條件為:添加量為37.5 g/L鹵水,以稀硫酸調(diào)節(jié)p H值為10,溫度60℃,時(shí)間60 min,鎂離子回收率為93.41%;以氨水沉淀得到氫氧化鎂產(chǎn)物,D50為1.462μm,白度為96.5%,達(dá)到HG/T 3607-2007中I類(lèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和HG/T 4531-2013行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)MC-1-2要求。
[Abstract]:Magnesium hydroxide was prepared from sea salt brine in Liaoning province by decolorization and precipitation of magnesium with ammonia. Compared with hydrogen peroxide, activated carbon, sodium hypochlorite and calcium hypochlorite decolorization treatment, the whiteness of magnesium hydroxide product was obtained, and the recovery rate of magnesium ion treated with calcium hypochlorite was analyzed by XRD and laser particle size distribution. The results showed that the decolorization effect of calcium hypochlorite was the most obvious, followed by sodium hypochlorite, activated carbon and hydrogen peroxide. With calcium hypochlorite as decolorant, the optimum conditions were determined by single factor variable method: adding amount of 37.5 g / L brine, adjusting pH value of 10 with dilute sulfuric acid, temperature 60 鈩，
