【摘要】：隨著氧化鋁企業(yè)競爭的激烈和對節(jié)能降耗的要求,拜耳法生產(chǎn)過程中鋁酸鈉溶液的水解問題備受關(guān)注,其中處理三水鋁石礦時水解程度更為嚴(yán)重。本文模擬三水鋁石礦溶出條件研究了145℃下不同時間形成的脫硅產(chǎn)物及其含量對鋁酸鈉溶液穩(wěn)定性的影響規(guī)律及其機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明,145℃脫硅條件下形成的水合鋁硅酸鈉由無定形沸石、方鈉石和沸石組成,隨著脫硅時間的延長,脫硅產(chǎn)物的結(jié)晶度逐漸增加,沸石的含量逐漸增加,方鈉石的含量逐漸降低。提高脫硅產(chǎn)物的結(jié)晶度和沸石的含量有利于提高鋁酸鈉溶液的穩(wěn)定性。隨著脫硅反應(yīng)時間的延長,鋁酸鈉溶液添加脫硅產(chǎn)物后的水解反應(yīng)平衡常數(shù)逐漸降低。同時,脫硅產(chǎn)物的生成量越大,拜耳法過程鋁酸鈉溶液的水解程度越大。
